Now that summer is here along with having a massive, colorful and exceptionally chaotic Indian wedding to attend to, I needed some major food adjustments to shed some very unwanted pounds.
Here is a list of foods that helped me drop 8 pounds:
Nuts – love eating all kinds of nuts and they kept me full
Eggs – since I don’t have a cholesterol problem, I ate quite a bit of eggs
Hot Peppers – of course being Indian makes eating hot peppers easier
Apples – not a big fan, but ate them with cottage cheese
Most importantly I actually monitored my water intake and made sure I was drinking at least 32oz a day if not more. This was the hardest part since I hate having to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes and honestly water is just not on my mind.
